I am first and foremost a learner. I enjoy the process of discovery that is at the heart of psychotherapy. By working with client's to discover their stories, I am able to help themuncover habits, wounds and unmet needs that interfere with their ability to fully live life. To become your Optimal YOU.
I work from an experiential model. My goal is to help clients integrate the insight that comes from self reflection into meaningful change in their relationships and daily routines. I am committed to providing individualized treatment, working with each client to identify their goals and develop a specific plan to help them reach those goals. As an experiential therapist, I work in the here and now to help resolve the "there and then." I am in my 4th decade of marriage, a mother and grandmother, worker, colleague and friend. All of my roles and relationships inform my interactions with clients but don't overrule the content of the moment.
